Working Principle
The Double Shafts Horizontal Mixer works by putting raw materials into a horizontal mixing chamber through an inlet. Inside, two screw shafts run side-by-side. Each one has blades that can move up and down at different angles (22° to 35°). They spin in opposite directions. This counter-rotation creates a dynamic mixing zone where materials are lifted, stirred, and transported continuously and in all directions. The motion creates a “weightless” environment, where materials of different densities, sizes, and shapes mix together evenly. You can add water or other liquids during mixing using the optional spray system. This helps control humidity and reduce dust. Once the materials are mixed well, they are discharged efficiently through the twin bomb-bay door openings at the bottom. These openings are designed to minimize segregation and residue for a clean, high-quality output.
