Pan Granulator / Disc Granulator / Fertilizer Granulator Machine
We offer advanced pan granulators, also known as disc granulators. These machines are used to turn powdered materials into uniform granules for making high-quality fertilizer. Our machines are great for small and medium-sized manufacturers because they can grind more than 93% of the material. This makes them perfect for both organic and compound fertilizers. Our Pan Granulators are designed to be efficient, durable, and easy to use. They provide consistent output, support sustainable agriculture, and increase crop yields.
Pan Granulator Definition
A pan granulator is a machine used to make fertilizer. It is also called a disc granulator, disc pelletizer, or pan pelletizer. It’s a disc-shaped machine with a base that supports it. It is specifically designed to convert powdered raw materials into granular fertilizer.

How Pan Granulator Works
The Pan Granulator uses a rotating disc to blend powdered materials with a liquid binder, forming spherical granules through centrifugal force. The process includes:
- Material Feeding: Powdered materials are fed into the disc via a conveyor.
- Moisture Addition: A spray device adds water or binder (20-40% moisture) to aid granule formation.
- Granulation: Centrifugal force causes materials to roll and stick, forming 1-3 mm granules in 5-8 minutes.
- Discharge: Granules are automatically discharged for drying or packaging.
Granule size can be adjusted by controlling moisture levels and disc angle, offering flexibility to meet market demands.
Pan Granulator Price
Costs range from $2,000 for small-scale models (0.02 t/h) to $8,000 for larger capacities (6 t/h).
The price of a pan granulator can vary depending on who made it, the model, how much it can hold, and what extra features it has.
