Biogas Residue Fertilizer Production Line
Biogas residue is the solid byproduct of fermenting organic matter, rich in organic matter, humic acid, micronutrients, amino acids, enzymes, and beneficial microorganisms. It significantly enhances soil quality and is utilized as a fertilizer for soil improvement, crop base and topdressing applications, nutrient soil preparation for seedlings, cultivation of edible fungi, and breeding of earthworms and field eels.

Biogas Residue Fertilizer Production Line Definition
A Biogas Residue Fertilizer Production Line, also called a Digestate Processing Line, is a system that takes the leftover material from anaerobic digestion—the process used to create biogas—and turns it into stable, nutrient-rich organic fertilizer.
Key Features
• Advanced processing technology and good coordination ensure stable equipment operation.
• The heap turning machine effectively ferments, decomposes, deodorizers, and adheres to environmental protection standards with optimal water and nutrient levels.
• Granulating machines demonstrate high granulation rates, creating round particles that enhance fertility protection.
• The flow and sealing drying process minimizes secondary pollution and energy consumption.
• Equipment features excellent structure, simple operation, low fault rate, and low maintenance and power costs.
• Suitable for diverse applications, including various breeding and planting materials, as well as distilleries and bacteria plants.
• Focus on energy-saving and environmental protection improves waste utilization and reduces agricultural operation costs.

Biogas Residue Fertilizer Production Line Working Process
Phase 1: Solid-Liquid Separation
- Raw digestate (90-95% water) is separated using a Screw Press Dewatering Machine.
- Liquid: High in soluble Nitrogen, used as liquid fertilizer.
- Solids: Rich in Phosphorus and Organic Matter, move to the next phase.
Phase 2: Aerobic Fermentation (Composting)
- Solid residue (50-60% moisture) is piled for aerobic fermentation to stabilize organic matter and eliminate odors.
- A Crawler Tractor Compost Turner is used to aerate the piles.
- Temperature ranges from 55–70°C, effectively killing pathogens and weed seeds.
Phase 3: Crushing & Mixing
- Post-fermentation, material is clumpy, requiring a Semi-Wet Material Crusher for grinding into fine powder.
- Additives like humic acid and chemical NPK boosters are mixed in to enhance soil quality.
Phase 4: Granulation & Packaging
- Powder is transformed into pellets via an Organic Fertilizer Disc Granulator.
- Pellets are dried to <15% moisture for shelf stability using a rotary dryer.
- A vibrating screen ensures proper pellet size (2-5mm) before automatic packaging.
